OMG - What's going on Down There
I have always thought the best way to prepare for travel to a new country is not to learn their language (which never works out for me), but to know their latest news and fads. It makes for good conversation and show you really care about what's happening to them. I like the Otago News for the South Island which covers Dunedin. And the New Zealand Herald for the whole country. So here we go - I will try to include one fascinating (or not) news worthy story each blog entry.
